Easy Bacon Thanksgiving Appetizers

When the holidays come around, everybody is too busy visiting with family and don’t have the time to cook a big fancy meal. I have come up with some solutions for you, don’t worry!

#1 Club Cracker Bacon Wraps

Everyone loves crispy bacon, check out this one!  


1 sleeve of club-style club crackers

3/4 cup grated Parmesan

1 pound thinly sliced bacon

Prep: Preheat oven at 250 degrees. Lay crackers on a baking sheet, or broiler pan. Scoop about 1 teaspoon of grated Parmesan onto each cracker. Cut the strips of bacon in half. Next, carefully wrap the crackers in bacon. Place the crackers in the oven and cook for 2 hours. Serve while warm!


#2  Swiss and Bacon Dip  


8 slices center cut bacon, chopped

8 ounces softened cream cheese

1/2 cup mayonnaise

2 rounded teaspoons prepared Dijon style mustard

1 1/2 cups shredded swiss cheese

3 scallions, chopped

1.2 smoked almonds, coarsely chopped

Prep: Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brown bacon in a skillet over medium high heat, once cooked, drain bacon pieces on a paper towel. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon, Swiss and scallions, add cooked bacon. Transfer ingredients to a small casserole or baking dish and bake until golden and bubbly at edges, 15 to 18 minutes.


#3 Bacon Wrapped Brussels Sprouts  


1 package thawed brussels sprouts

1 package of bacon

salt and pepper

Prep: Preheat oven to 375 degrees, Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Roll each brussels sprout in a half slice of bacon, stick a toothpick in each bacon rolled brussels sprout. Place in the oven and bake for 30-35 mins or until bacon reaches desired crispiness.


#4 Bacon Wrapped Smokies  


1 pound sliced bacon, cut into thirds

1 (14 ounce) package beef cocktail wiener

3/4 cup brown sugar, or to taste

Prep: Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Use the cold bacon strips around the cocktail wieners. Once bacon is wrapped around the wiener stick a toothpick through. Place the cocktail wieners into a large baking sheet. Sprinkle brown sugar generously over all. When the bacon is cooked to your crispiness they are done!


#5 Bacon and Chive Deviled Eggs  


6 hard-cooked eggs

1/3 cup KRAFT Real Mayo Mayonnaise

3 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives, divided

1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard

1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper

3 slices OSCAR MAYER bacon, cooked, crumbled

Prep: Cut eggs lengthwise in half. Remove all yolks, place in a small bowl and mash with a fork. Add mayo, chives (half), mustard, and pepper.

Spoon yolk mixture into egg whites, sprinkle with bacon and remaining chives.
